Cater UK opts for short end of summer shut down break.

Last day Fri 14th Aug / Back Tue 8th Sept

A big thanks goes out to all our customers who have supported us this year so far, in order for us to continue to provide our products and services of high quality and at a high level, it has made better sense for us to opt for a short close down period this year at the end of summer so that we may carry out essential maintenance and perform necessary systems updates to keep in line with our legal duties and our on going efforts towards becoming net zero and beyond.

Its the first time in 26 years we have done a summer shut down but we feel that the current economic climate makes it more difficult for us to hire and train cover staff to ease the load while we make our changes in the background. Its better for us to take a short break from delivering orders and focus on getting our systems right for a great Autumn season of catering.

We have lots of updates and changes coming soon including:

• New Website.
• Option to pay invoices by card automatically.
• Better mobile phone website / app ordering system.
• Better labelling and QR codes to easily connect to our product specifications and allergens content.
• Exciting new hot food menus for 2027 under development.
