Our kitchen team prepare all our fillings from scratch each morning using the finest meats, cheeses, vegetables and seasonings.

All our fillings vary each day according to our daily varying rota.

If you would like to know exactly which varieties are planned for the day of your buffet, please call our office and a member of our bookings team will be able to help you further.

We have put a small list below of some of the fillings in each group to give you an idea of the kinds of fillings available.
